Our Bourbon Balsamic was added to our collection
due to the popularity of Bourban Whiskeys and their use in cooking! We knew it would be a great glaze on grilled red meats, and root vegetables. A perfect pairing to Bourbon glazed carrots, brussell sprouts and acorn squash. This balsamic has all the subtle flavors of a well aged bourbon like strong notes of vanilla, a fruity spiciness and even the subtle effects of aging in charred barrels. When used in cooking, think of it as a great ingredient wherever you might want the vanilla and fruit flavors imparted by bourbon without the overpowering alcohol flavors.
